At Freann Finance Mortgage Division, ‘Best of Class’ is our mission and the focus in all that we do. It is our goal in developing, building and managing the nation’s most remarkable Class-A office and mixed use properties. We continuously support and give back to the communities in which we live and work. Our mission influences a corporate culture that fosters the potential for excellence in every employee.

Our division was founded in 2008 by Frederick Anning, who today still serves as our Executive Director and CEO. Since its inception, The Freann Finance Mortgage Division has set itself apart—executing bold deals, anticipating the future, and gaining an uncommon reputation for entrepreneurial drive. Some of the most visionary development projects undertaken in recent years began on the boards at Freann Finance Mortgage Division. Consistently strong leasing activity and high tenant retention attest to our standing as owner and manager. Every day, in countless ways, we create and manage value while insisting on the highest ethical standards.

Freann Finance Mortgage Division is a national alliance of leading mortgage lenders offering a broad range of mortgage loan products to suit a wide variety of customer needs, including new home purchase, refinance and home equity loans. Each lender in the FFMD Network is a direct mortgage lender (not a broker), and is committed to providing you with the highest quality products delivered with superior customer service. As direct lenders, FFMD Network members have access to exclusive products and programs, allowing them greater flexibility to meet the individual needs of their customers.

FFMD Network has partnered with major providers of mortgage capital and mortgage-related services enabling our lenders to offer their customers products, pricing and services that are among the best in the industry. And, just as important, each FFMD Network lender has the capital, resources and experience necessary to meet and maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
